Privacy Policy

Fitness Pro is gym-management software. Gyms use it to manage members, fees and attendance, and their members (and individual users) use its app to track workouts, diet and steps. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Gym owners and staff: name, mobile number, email, gym name and address, GST number (optional), the last 4 digits of the owner's Aadhaar (never the full number), gym logo and the gym's own payment details (UPI ID / Razorpay keys, stored only on our servers).
• Members: name, mobile number and the membership details your gym enters (plan, dates, fees paid, attendance).
• Optional health details you enter: age, height, weight, goal weight, food preference, workouts and step counts.
• Motion and location: the step counter uses your phone's motion sensor, and outdoor workout tracking uses your location only while tracking is on, to measure distance. We store the distance and steps, not your location history.
• Messages: chat between a member and their gym, and gym announcements.
• Payments: when you pay online, the payment is handled by Razorpay or your UPI app. We never see or store card numbers or UPI PINs; we keep the amount, date and reference number.

How we use it

• To run the service: logins, memberships, renewals, invoices, reminders, attendance and the member app.
• To make a diet plan: your age, height, weight, goal and food preference (no name or phone number) are sent to our AI provider (Groq) to generate the plan.
• To keep the service safe and to fix problems.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who can see your data

• Each gym sees only its own members. One gym can never see another gym's data.
• A member sees only their own data.
• Our service providers process data for us: Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting), Groq (diet plans), Razorpay (online payments), and Google (sign-in with Google and, if shown, ads).
• Ads, if shown, may be served by Google AdSense, which can use cookies. See Google's policy at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
• We may share data if the law requires it.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS and stored with access rules that keep every gym and every member separate. Passwords and PINs are stored only as one-way hashes. Secret keys stay on our servers.

How long we keep it, and deleting it

We keep data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app (My Profile → Account delete karein) or by following the steps at /delete-account. A gym keeps its own record of a member's membership and fees as its business record.

Children

Fitness Pro is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to us.
